Relating to substance abuse treatment; and prescribing an effective date.

Abstract

Requires Oregon Health Authority to adopt rules requiring opioid treatment center, as condition for approval to operate in this state, to accept Medicare payments as reimbursement for cost of services provided by center. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
